Throughout the summer, I have seen so many Instagram posts and videos of people creating mosaic pieces for their homes. I love the look of them since they are so sunny and bright, the colours make me extremely happy and the geometric shapes in them give it a nice edge.

Flowers on My Walk

For my art piece, I was inspired by the flowers outside of the grocery store on my walk. I love the shape of them and how the petals are almost geometric shapes. I also love the colour. The bright orange makes me feel like everything is going to be okay. I feel overwhelming happiness when I look at the petals.
